Kyor of Jyandar

Kyor was a young man born in the northern woodland kingdom of Jyandar, a land where elves and humans live together in the same villages. When Kyor was in his teens he was witness to the slaughter of his neighbors at the hands of a dark elf from the violent shadow island of Malsi pretending to be a light elf, this elf called Faust was secretly a necromancer and was committing cannibalism in order to fuel his power. But nobody would believe Kyor as the new generation of elves and humans believed that they could negotiate with the land of Malsi. It was a disaster as Faust used his influence among elite humans and elves to woo them to his side. Kyor was banished and eventually the kingdom of Jyandar fell when Faust’s forces invaded. Kyor now wanders homeless hoping to one day gain enough riches to muster up heroes to aid him in reclaiming his home.
