Finally at her friend's ranch, Chris changes into clean clothes after washing herself by the water basin on the vanity table. She checks the armoire with a note attached saying "For Chris" on it. Opening it, she comes across the silver buckled performance hat she intentionally left behind at the circus five years ago. She smiles at the memories and gently places it back.
