a Noise Weight of 5% was enough to get a Waterfall (instead of the prompted Geyser)

It is a beautiful waterfall! ❤️
However I was curious about the geyser. I supposed yours and removed the negs and most of the weights. Got it closer to a geyser. Weights shouldn't go above 1.5 really.
