What a beautiful image! I really love the softness of the flowers captured in this image, with the sort of subdued painting style and dark but gentle shadows, and how it augments Persephone's regal visage, which is a sort of elegant overlap between a darker shade of strong and a hue of the simply benign. I think her dress, beautiful as it is, definitely suits her: its green fabric and intricate gold designs are perfectly evocative of the spring. Orange and purple interact wonderfully with green in the background, too, emanating the powerful dreaminess of new life. I find the concept of Persephone, who personifies both death and new life, very poetic. Love how you depicted her here!
