For the first time since Prom Night fell silent, the courtyard held a heartbeat.

They stood face to face beneath strands of dying lights, hands trembling as they finally met in the middle of the cracked dance floor. No music played... yet something moved between them, something older than sound. The world around them held its breath.

In their joined hands hung a single cracked heart locket, faintly glowing... the same symbol each had carried alone, now whole for the first time. Not a charm. Not a decoration.

A promise.

Graveheart didn’t understand why his pulse returned when he touched them. And they didn’t understand why their eyes burned with stardust when they looked at him. But somewhere deep within memory... buried beneath time, tragedy, and dust... they knew this feeling.
