SDXL 1.0, DreamShaper XL alpha2, Juggernauts XL (7&6) and Mysterious XL v4 make no background at all. Juggernauts XL v5 and Crystal Clear XL try to give us a bit of background. Real Cartoon XL v4 makes half background. Starlight XL Blue Pencil XL make full colourfull background. Making some use of Josephine Wall and Thomas Kinkade in the prompt.
