Icthyophaga vocifer has a most appropriate name -- loudmouthed fish eater. Some sources place it in the genus Haliaeetus. I'm not sure which is currently accepted.
It is similar in appearance to the American bald eagle, but has a white neck which the bald eagle does not.
Its call is one of the most iconic sounds of sub-Saharan Africa:

Thank you so ,much, Charlie! I went to eBird to see photos and listen to their calls. It's surprising how much they and Egyptian vultures resemble each other in the head region! The second call on the site remind d me some of gulls crying.
Brilliant Charlie, we are very fortunate to have one nesting nearby, the call is unmistakable.
