This is quite a good image. Tried to make it better with Creative Upscale, set at 70%, 20%, and 10%. The final upscale was "Perfect symmetrical eyes. Looking straight at the camera. A bright lovely beautiful smile. A clear blue sky, only a few clouds." (at 10%).
This is a good picture; although would need to edit out the poorly-made bird in the sky.
