Normally, Arlina's reactions seem either flat or highly exaggerated. There is little in between.
Once she shrieked at somebody because they said that her laughter could scare a hyena. (Her voice is normally a monotone alto. And a nose twitch is her version of a giggle fit. So, actual laughter means that she finds something quite hilarious.)
So, in this image she's really bent out of shape ... but about what??
