It seems Venice.
Now I have vagues remembrances of a strange graphic novel about Venice... An old piece of Venice, streets, bridges, was presented by a very old man with a dog... at the end it was the only survived piece of our space-time... There was also an old video, made in animation, with a group of robot musicians, Venice, a starship... Well done, interesting.
