Image of a scraggy cat saying ‘It’ll be grand’ an expression used across the whole of Ireland meaning it will be okay and is used when uncertain of the outcome of a situation
A charming image of a scruffy cat on an Irish stone wall offering reassurance. The picture blends warm illustration with whimsical textures to create a folksy, optimistic scene.

As a neighbour, it took me some time to learn that when the Irish say this, they’re not saying that everything will be utterly fantastic and exceed all your expectations; they just mean it will be okay.
I love the sentiment, and the way you've illustrated it.
I love this! The Manx equivalent is "Oh, she'll be right!" The other, when someone wants to know when a job will be done, is "Traa dy liooar", meaning "Time enough."
