Our Sheyma served as flight attendant with her typical brilliance, and she held her own very well despite -- congratulations to her! -- today almost everything fell on her nimble Turkish shoulders.

Our group is compact and fun. And, in short, placing well in our challenges is becoming important, and this can only please us.

I went through a few versions before I got to this lol It does not like flying dragons with legs That's for sure 😄

yea, it always messes up either the legs or wings. try and you can get a dragon with eight miss-figured legs or four to many wings. really hard to get it properly. good gob 😉

As I sit here, contemplating *'proxy responses to experimental studies in the marketing research literature'* 😑 This wondrous image announces itself on my desktop. I know I shouldn't allow such things to be a distraction, but - come-on, this is worth being distracted over. She's lost in contemplation over something (or someone) far away, with just a hint of longing in those eyes. The depth of focus gives it that whimsical blurriness that drags your eyes to the crisp details around her eyes and on that glorious fabric brocade on the shoulder of her dress. So much to take in. I could happily look at this for ages! (actually I already have 🤣🥰❤️👏👍)

A portrait doesn't work if it can't pull you out and away from whatever you are entangled with and make you lean in and care.

To be *awake* is to long. We may wander the world in all its fascinations but there is always a place in us that is yearning for Home, wherever it lives and however we may know it.

This one is lovely, shadowed and deep.  *Yes* ... one can sit a *long* time gazing deeply and *yearning.*

Ah, to imagine that we are yet merely skirting the outer borders of the land this technology is leading us into!

It is a wonderful time to be alive and witnessing this evolution. And it should be noted, that for this creation to have succeeded in drawing my attention away from my work, it had to first compete with the cacophony of images that invade our screens 24/7. The vast array of images that bombard our visual senses is perhaps one of the aspects of this technology that is worrying. It makes the extraordinary seem commonplace and I haven’t yet decided if it devalues traditional artists or elevates them.
