This dress is 93% bottle, 7% sass—✔ excellent hydration fashion! ✔ Great use of centrifugal nonsense: bottle caps pointing outward for aerodynamic strutting. But ✘ WARNING: this violates Rule 42B, which bans wearable recycling unless it whistles in the wind. I think this artwork should be called “Couture à la Container: The Spillway Princess Chronicles.”
