In these vintage photos that I just made up, members of the electronic Krautrock band Kraftwerk oversee the destruction of all non-electronic musical instruments in West Berlin, circa 1977 and the band's successful album "Trans-Europe Express."
After all, we all know that electronic music went on to render human involvement in the creation of music obsolete, right? You never see a human being playing guitar or drums anymore.
Going to the symphony lost something when all those musicians were replaced by circuit boards and subwoofers just sitting in the chairs awkwardly beeping to themselves as they awaited the time to do their thing.
... This has been a post about knee-jerk hatred of AI-assisted digital art.
This image shows the band Kraftwerk overseeing the burning of acoustic instruments in West Berlin in 1977. The scene is captured as a vintage photograph with outdoor lighting.
