thank you kindly!!! this was a concept i had in mind for a while, but this was one of the first results that captured the actual item in a way that i really liked. 

Unique condensed essences of raw divine power and thaumaturgic purpose gradually came to represent a force of order and mechanical precision made manifest. clockwork crystals are the results of refining the objects and establishing functionality to the powers lying dormant with these clusters of reality altering force. Their original primary use was to fill empty voids with matter, casting away chaos and discord, replacing it with law and order. once creation had been greatly established throughout the multitude of cosmoses, these constructs of lawful power were now used to fine tune creation and make edits for when things go terribly wrong.
