This is the site of one of the bloodiest battles in the American Civil War, but so many years later, the scene is tranquil, a celebration of the American farmer and the opportunities of land ownership. I added to this image elements from one of my favorite poems, "The Red Wheelbarrow, by William Carlos Williams: "so much depends upon
