My daughter is.. willful. I've spoilt her, I suppose. She was born in the Obsidian Spire, the erstwhile palace of the Empire of Quor, marriage to her mother was a requirement of my position here, one of many strange customs I have had to accomodate. It was a brief marriage and sadly unhappy, before her mother's passing, but I adore my daughter.

She has never seen Almecca and doesn't care to, the endless sands are in her blood, she is treated like royalty here, but is, unbeknownst to her, a hostage, a negotiation tool, to be levered against me. These people play the long game and my decades of service here have taught me to be calculating and patient in equal measure.

Travian has caught the Emperor's eye, they are third or fourth cousins, not close relation, but such a thing is actually preferred in the propogation of their lineage. I shall have to watch these developments carefully.
