Can you tell me what the trick is to get just an improved version of the start image?

I tried the same stats, prompts(except first) with one of my originial images. But it created something else.

That's a good question. When I make my most of my start images I like to start by finding a photo of what might be an interesting setting, then I find one or more images with objects that I would very quickly edit in. When in put the chair in this image I trusted that the ai would find the shape of this image and understand to make that the throne. It doesn't always work out, if you need to, bump the noise weight down a bit and push up the start weight. Basically I find the best start images make clear what the setting is and what the main subject is. (Sometimes the setting and main subject are the same thing.) I hope that helps.
