A keen, robust man (for a wizard), Mustrum Ridcully is the proud Archchancellor of Unseen University and is at all times garbed in a red-adjacent robe. His personal office overflows with magic­al tomes, curious cookbooks, and odd fragrances.

Arcane objects clutter every surface, and the very air smells of pepper. The allure of power, a love of challenge, and years of wisdom help shape Mustrum's almost indifferenct approach to life and whatever's supposed to come up afterward.

One doesn't remain Archchancellor of Unseen University for very long without a bit of ruthlessness, low cunning, and uncommon sense. Yet, while most wizards considered friendship a liability at best, Ridcully hated change and worked hard to maintain the uneasy peace between wizards for as long as was possible. And somehow, without any effort, it worked.
