I'm not sure why I keep sending female vault dwellers out into the wasteland to do scouting missions... other than that they are cute.

Two female vault-dwellers are out scouting and notice a giant mutant in the distance.  Apparently what remains of one government or another noticed it too and hit it with a mini-nuke.
