The Little Red Riding Hood Tickled Her Dog

Red, all grown up but still rocking the red hoodie (though no longer a village girl), trudged into her apartment, kicking off her sensible shoes and got a fresh air on the terrace. Cloud, her fluffy Samoyed companion, launched itself into her like a furry snowdrift of unconditional love.

But love couldn't erase the stink of a bad day. Her boss was irritable, her presentation was a flop-tastic disaster, and the only thing good about her commute was the accidental face-plant into a pigeon (who seemed equally traumatized).

Cloud, sensing her misery, whined softly and nudged her hand with his wet nose. Red sighed, but then a mischievous glint appeared in her eyes. She grabbed Cloud's belly fur, the softest, tickliest cloud on four legs, and unleashed a barrage of raspberries to brighten her mood.
