This is Zeraphia Zehvin, the main character in the first Zachary Zaad sequel, "The Daughter of Zuto." Many of the elements start to come together here except for the hair that should be wild, dirty, uneven, and look like she stuck her finger in the light socket. However, the desperation on her face is starting to really come through.
