strawberry dessert recipe

Ingredients:

Strawberry Syrup:

• strawberries (cut)
• Water

First Layer:

• 500ml milk
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 4 tbsp sugar

Second Layer:

• 1 cup water
• 1 packet strawberry-flavored pudding

Instructions:

The Strawberry Syrup:

• Blend strawberries with water to your preferred consistency and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

First Layer:

• Mix cold milk, cornstarch, and sugar. Heat gently while stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth. Pour into serving cups and refrigerate for 15 m.

Second Layer:

• Mix cold water and the pudding packet. Heat until the mixture thickens and the pudding is cooked. Pour it over the first layer in the cups.

Assemble and Chill:

• Top with the strawberry syrup and refrigerate for 1h before serving.
