Rosemary, The Hollowed Matron

Rosemary was once the first Blightmother — the origin of all Wiltlings and Withermaidens. She was worshipped by a sect that sought to end all pain by returning the world to stillness. When their ritual failed, she absorbed their grief and became its embodiment. Now she wanders ruined sanctuaries and desecrated gardens, seeking those whose hearts are too heavy to bear. She offers them release in the form of eternal silence, cradling them as they turn to ash in her embrace.
