Growing Ruler

Xo'taff may have lied and tricked his way to royalty, but he had a plan, he solved many of the kingdoms problems with odd solutions like asking druids who are in tune with nature to speed crop growth and calm the people's nerves with festivities at well spaced times in the seasonal cycles, of course this also benefitted him with more food, sweets, and entertainment, but to the eyes of the peaple it was a blessing giving him a little more every time they saw the fox. However one day the fox noticed his slightly bigger belly only to forget it with the discovery of a new tail and new power to create items from nothing, the Items he creates are small and not magical, but can be used to supply the peaple with neat trinkets or tools for the trade, all they needed was to give him a treat or a belly rub. Over time as Xo'taff grew heftier he gained new tails and new followers as rumors spread to surrounding areas of the growing kitsune sent by the goddess.
