I wanted this artwork to evoke some semblance of Haitian Vodou without being too appropriating, hence the usage of the title, which refers to (basically) the act of a lwa temporarily possessing the being of a person's mental state. If you have experience with or are knowledgeable of Haitian Vodou and you believe I have made an error, please let me know in the comments section below.

Congratulations! Really interesting one stylistically - I thought there was some Klimt in there, but am now looking up Darger and sunwalkers instead!
This is a masterpiece that should be hanging a museum wall. Im glad it isn't because I'd probably get arrested trying to steal it. But seriously, this is equals parts strange and beautiful. You did a phenomenal job.
