Grateful to St_Moses @St_Moses for renewing my interest in medieval knights, and to aeclark @aeclark09 for the base prompt | Note: Medieval knights possessed a code of chivalry and ethics that guided their behavior. Virtues such as courage, loyalty, honor and humility were the foundation upon which their conduct was based. Knights were generally members of the nobility and expected to act with a certain level of decorum and respectability. The code of chivalry provided a framework for their conduct and a set of values that they were expected to embody. It became an integral part of their identity.
