Dough:

Ingredients:

• 1/3 cup lukewarm water (80 ml)
• 1 tbsp + ½ teaspoon vegetable oil
• ½ tsp vinegar/lemon juice
• 145 g bread flour (1 cup)
• 1/8 tsp fine salt
• ½ tsp vegetable oil (brushing)

Preparation:

• Mix all to form dough and knead for elasticity.
• Rest it for 1h.

Filling:

Ingredients:

• 3 tbsp butter
• 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
• 5 tbsp sugar
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 4 tbsp raisins (soaked)
• 2 lbs apples (peeled, thinly sliced)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp melted butter

Preparation:

• Sauté breadcrumbs in butter. Mix with sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and lemon juice.
• Spread apple filling on dough.
• Roll dough with filling and brush with butter.
• Bake at 190°C for 30-40 m, brushing with butter halfway.
