I knew this one could be confusing.  Shotgun Granny is a minor character in my sci-fi book.  She is my main character's ancestor, who supposedly made yarn toys and had to protect her flock from wolves.  Her knitting needles were carved from wolf bones. She raised the sheep, died the wool, and spun the yarn, then made the toys which made the family rich.   

And of course, that story is all nonsense, the origin of the toys was something else entirely.  The theme of the book has to do with HONEYFUGGLING.  A real word, which means a sweet-talking lie.
