Then, I finally found him, but it was too late. I was so close to finding him; he was right at my fingertips. I was on my way, but I was too late. He died in a motorcycle crash and nobody ever thought to say anything about him. He died an unknown insignificant person to everyone, but me.

At age around 8 I guess, we got locked in a cemetery just after dark, missed the 6pm gate close time. Too young to be frightened.
