I picked up a prompt and enhanced it with additional lines from my own (the well worn 'ayahuasca' prompt).
I found that prompt in a pile of different works that are not linked by any theme (creations all over the AI landscape), so I suspect it came from someone else, without the real source mentioned. It likely was made with a Nightcafe Preset and elaborated with the enhanced prompt.
The idea resonates with me, since it is in my line of surreal thinking.
