That's annoying. I guess you can always email support. They may explain, and sometimes I believe they've acknowledged the rejection as an error and allowed it as NSFW.

I have a moderator who spends way too much time looking for things of mine to reject. 

I made two pieces of Harley Quinn in a bikini and even marked then NSFW. Both of them were rejected  which I have issues with considering the amount of pure nudity I see on here. Now I can see them loosely classifying it as a "Famous Person" but in reality it is a comic book character and they didn't even actually look like Margot Robbie.
