Reward:

Husk Fragment: A powerful crafting material that can be used to make tools or weapons that deal decay-based damage over time, slowly sapping health from enemies.

Wastemaw Heart: A rare item that can be used to create enchantments or potions that permanently boost mining speed in coarse dirt or barren areas.

Rotten Root: An item used to craft traps that ensnare enemies, draining their health over time.

Abilities:

Life Drain Aura: The Wastemaw emits an aura that slowly saps the health of nearby players and mobs. Plants within its radius instantly die, turning grass into coarse dirt as it walks by.

Slam of Decay: It slams the ground with its heavy arms, creating a shockwave that cracks the earth in a small area. Players and mobs caught in this shockwave are slowed and take moderate damage.

Siltbreath: The Wastemaw can release a powerful burst of dust and decayed dirt from its hollow chest cavity, temporarily blinding players and reducing their movement speed.

Devour Ground: When near farmland or areas rich in life, it can consume entire patches of fertile land, turning them into a coarse, barren wasteland.
