Thanks, Charlie! 😃 It's interesting as I've made meals that were somewhat similar. No recipe as I don't cook using recipes. But when I don't want to spend a lot of times cooking, I'll put together whatever I have. I make a ground meat curry to my taste and often adding some chopped vegetables near the end so they don't get overcooked. Some suit the mix better than others. I particularly like cauliflower. I may have diced potatoes in it in which case I wouldn't use rice. But I love rice more than potatoes. I've never thought of a custard topping. After the rice and curried meat has been dished out, I've usually topped it with a big scoop of yogurt instead.
