Invitation for Christmas dinner

I'm working for a communication agency. We want to invite influencers to an early Christmas dinner on November 30th 2023. Start at 7.30 PM. The evening will be spent at our brand new furnished offices in Zurich, Seefeld with a dinner and cocktails. There is entertainment and music. Some interactive plays are scheduled. Our clients have products on display in our showroom, This is an exciting opportunity to bond and create new business relationships on a personal level. The first invitation will be sent on the 1st of November 2023 as a Save the Date along with the rough schedule and timing. The official invite will be sent out two weeks before the Christmas dinner and should look similar to the first invitation, yet have more space to elaborate in text and a space for Google Maps and a picture.
