Lady Grey and Jasper

Lady Grey loved nothing more than riding her horse, Jasper, through the green fields and woods of her father’s estate. She felt free and happy, away from the pressures and expectations of society. She did not care for the latest fashions, the gossip of the town, or the suitors who came to court her. She only wanted to live a simple and independent life, like her beloved horse.

But her family did not understand her. Her father, Lord Grey, was a wealthy and influential nobleman who wanted to secure a good marriage for his only daughter. He had arranged for several eligible gentlemen to visit his mansion and meet Lady Grey, hoping that one of them would win her heart and hand. He did not know that Lady Grey had already rejected them all in her mind, finding them dull, arrogant, or boring.

Lady Grey felt alone and misunderstood by her family. She wished they would let her be herself and respect her choices.
