Dreamshaper XL Lightning
OK, I admit it - I brought this one over from my Trained Selfies - so ignore the two Lora tags on the end of the prompt.
The text is a shortened version by Enhanced Prompt, after I created a monster prompt in my 'Free Image Prompt Generator'. The Lora rejected the 'tapeworm' prompt, so I had to first pare it down with the Enhanced Prompt.
The origin of the basic premise of this prompt goes back to some prompt-pong exchanges between myself and my good friend @IAmWhoIWasNot
The result of the Selfie Lora is quite gruesome, much worse than this 'cleaned up' version here (maybe because of the 'patients' resemblance with me).
