Augustine Spotlight: Arthur Pierce

One of the core 6 of the Augustine Storyline.

Arthur never quite fit in. Not in his home city of New Orleans, and not on Augustine. Instead preferring written word over spoken, he simply lacked motivation. But the uncanny beauty of the island he found himself on spoke to his inner voice and it manifested itself through masterfully crafted poems.

Despite being Alex’s best friend, he was initially hesitant about joining him and Oliver with helping the I.E.A.P.L. But eventually he decided to help save his adopted home from the disaster that Otto had created.

Nigel deeply respects Arthur, due to his poetry but also he saw his limitations, that manifested through his stutter and follower status. Noticing that Arthur was a deeply intelligent man trapped in a body that was not equal to his intellect.

Arthur enjoyed the expedition the most out of the main six characters. David spoke to Arthur the most, besides Alex.
