I assume the host wanted you to change the default prompt weight from 50% to 100% to limit the AI's creativity.  Some people have too much time on their hands.

Thanks to @Charlie0186, I now realise the image was created at 50% 'noise weight' instead of the required 100%. Some models are automatically set at 100%. The one I used isn't ... We live and learn ...
