She was a little disappointed when she finally made it outside for her lunchtime walk, realizing the rain had slowed to a drizzle. But as she made her way down the street, the sound of splashing water in the alley captured her attention. As she went to investigate, she discovered the water streaming down the side of the building from where the downspout for the roof used to be. She got a bit closer, sticking her hand in the stream of water. She could feel the splashing water getting her jeans wet as she got closer. She stuck the sleeves of her jacket into the water and giggled. It felt so good! She turned around, hesitated a moment, then leaned back into the streaming water rushing down the wall. Instantly her hair and jacket were soaked. She felt the water streaking down through her jeans and filling her boots. In less than a minutes she was thoroughly soaked and realized she'd be heading back to work much wetter than she expected, yet she was still absolutely delighted.
