She had bored of the New Year's Party and was thinking about heading back to the room when she decided to step outside for some fresh air. That's when she discovered the pool. It was quiet and looked to be calling her. She went over, and the gate was opened, so she let herself in. She assumed it was heated since they had it open all year, so she sat down on the edge and stuck her feet in. She didn't bother with rolling up her jeans or taking off her boots she just let them get wet as she sloshed her feet back and forth in the water. It felt really good, and she thought about maybe jumping in. She did need her coat again for the morning, so she would have to get it to dry out. She was undecided as she slid forward on the edge so that she got more of her jeans wet. It was really peaceful and she could have sat there all night, but it was also a bit cold sitting on the edge and she needed to decide if she was going to go in or head to her room soon.
