Listratha Bailiwick and the Necromancer of the Whispering Hillock

Upon reaching the Whispering Hillock, Silderus lead her beneath the earth through a descending tunnel and produced an ornate set of keys to an elaborate door. Within, through passages that lead downward, they came to an ancient hall, and at it's heart, the necromancer Ylvarae Sosseth, bound by roots reaching down from above.

Silderus began the enchantments to rejuvenate the tree, the necromancer resisted, green energies against black, warring for dominion. Lis added her own power to the struggle and slowly, exhaustingly, the roots strengthened and the Necromancer fell silent, staring with her cold black eyes.

"That took far longer than I'd hoped, lassie. My power is exhausted. The witches of Ptolemn are coming. I'll lead them away. Extract your answers, I'll buy you time. You'll need to leave on your own. I hope we'll meet again."

With that the satyr gave her the ornate keys and left. Lis prepared her spells to command truth from the ancient necromancer.
