There is no pilot. The patient is put onto a stretcher and the stretcher is put into this mini-helicopter drone. Excellent for built-up areas (e.g. your regular Megasprawl Moloch of a Metropolis) where streets have become to small for regular helicopters, and a great choice for using rooftops that could not support the weight of heavier airborne vehicles. This baby here is supposed to be smaller than a compact car.

My previous artwork for this character was more abstract. Those pieces are still excellent reference art -- especially for her when she uses more power.

Even so, having a more realistic depiction gets me closer to understanding her enough to write a story featuring her. Although this is an old character concept of mine, having reference art allows me to better visualize her in relation to my other characters.
