There is a grim beauty to this blighted place. Whilst it speaks of ruin, it also speaks of determination and the tenacity required to survive.
Most of the present patrons probably walked there -- which hints at this being a community center. Because, frankly, if this place is still open for "business," then there's no place better for miles.
