I think I need to change how I vote to be consistent with the majority. I scored under 3 which surprised me. 

I vote 1 if off theme. 2 if the image is poor or has problems. 3 or 4 based on quality and creativity. 5 for only absolutely astonishing.

Based on this, I expected a score between 3 and 4.

Maybe you should add more guidance on voting.
