2B Unmasked (Nier Automata)

This is my 999th piece, so I tried to make 9S, but apparently he's unavailable right now, possibly because he's dead. Again. Somebody should look into that, possibly 9S. Anyway, here's 2B and her giant robotic badonkadonk.

Google Imagen did the background well and rendered her dress and sword accurately, but it kept making her look like a man. So I evolved it with Flux Schnell to get this, which is about as good as I could manage.

I've tried fan art of many major game characters including Luigi, Mega Man and Samus. I've also tried it with characters from less popular games and the result looked nothing like the target character. I've concluded that if the character you're trying to make AI fan art of hasn't been in Smash, you're highly likely to fail. But exceptions exist, like this. Of course major non-vidya properties like Star Wars and Star Trek can yield good fan art too. But for as much as AI art uses seed images, it isn't great at simply copying the past.
