So, assuming we can trust the "label", we will be able to at least find out what the effect is! Which means we will either maintain some of our present mental faculties post consumption (at least for long enough to realise what the effects are) or even experience a boost to our capacity for ratiocination (to enable us to find out the effects of the drink). Finding out for sure the effects of something might take an infinity. So maybe it grants immortality. But... then again, since it would then (maybe?) be possible to deduce this rather quickly, then that means that can't be it. But it also can't be something insignificant, because then we are back at it being near impossible to find out! aaaaaaaah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
