I prefer my Lex Luthor to be physically perfect yet flawed in minor ways which drive him to be perfect in other ways. The actor Joseph Gatt is physically jacked and looks like a greek statue, but his alopecia makes him look vulnerable. If Lex has alopecia i think that would show the strength of fhe human spirit to persevere without limitations despite being given them.
