The Rougarou is a shapeshifter, 7-8 feet tall, razor sharp claws and teeth, usually presenting as a humanoid wolf that feeds on the flesh of the doer of misdeeds. Hailing from the swamps and bayous of Lousiana, the unnatural beast can willfully pass on its curse to anyone it bites or draws blood from. Its weaknesses include fire, decapitation, Holy Religious objects, and counting. Many have escaped its rending clutches by dropping a handful of random objects behind them and the rougarou is compulsed to count each and every object. But since it can only count to 12, it has to recount over and over until its prey manages to escape.
