Fruit Creatures : Orange

ℹ️ The "Cup-Trick Rat"(Citrus sinensis Fictus) is a special oddity that biologists have been debating over for a long time now. Most notably, it looks as if it is a mammal but it lays eggs! The eggs are small, but are somehow able to change texture, and to an extent, their size. Some have suggested it should be classified in a family of platypusses, others have argued it is simply to strange to be in the same family. There are many papers and essays (Phish. M. Ratt's. "𝘈 𝘕𝘰𝘯𝘣𝘪𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘊𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘙𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘦𝘸 𝘰𝘧 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘶𝘱-𝘛𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘬 𝘙𝘢𝘵 𝘋𝘦𝘣𝘢𝘵𝘦."). The creature will often disguise its eggs as objects that are common, carrying both their eggs, and decoys (in this case oranges). When pursued by a predator, it will toss decoys behind itself, where the predator must waste time checking to see if it is the nutritious egg, or an orange while the rat makes a getaway. They are known to drop their eggs as well to psych out the predator.
